Montana Board of Crime Control (MBCC) serves to improve the juvenile justice system through planning and through research and development of statewide juvenile justice programs under the Montana Youth Court Act, federal Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act Reauthorization 2018 (the Act) and related federal regulations and guidelines developed by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP).
