Automated Victims' Information Database (AVID)

The Montana Board of Crime Control (MBCC) developed the Automated Victims' Information Database (AVID) as a means to collect information in regards to victimization and services provided to victims. AVID assists MBCC and the Department of Public Health and Human Services Child and Family Services Division (CFSD) in meeting federal reporting requirements for the STOP Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Sexual Assault Services Program (SASP), Victims of Crime Act (VOCA), and the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (FVPSA). Access to this database is limited, and users must receive authorization from MBCC. For further information, contact (406) 444-3604 or mbcc@mt.gov.
