MTIBRS Online Reporting
If you are unfamiliar with Montana Incident-Based Reporting System (MTIBRS) Online Reporting, please watch this 5 minute online demonstration.
MTIBRS Online Reporting (MOR) is an interactive database that takes full advantage of Montana’s Incident-Based Reporting System. Users can select custom reports based on offense, offender/arrestee, victim, and property data elements. Users can also create their own custom reports based on many variables and export the reports in multiple formats (PDF, XML, or comma-delimited). Data from 2005 to the most complete current year is available. Data is refreshed on this site (beginning April 2012) on a quarterly basis. Reports on this web site may not match data published in the MBCC’s annual publications: Crime in Montana, Hate Crimes in Montana, and the quarterly Crime Reporting Newsletter. Those publications are based on a “snapshot” of the database and will not reflect continual updates and changes to incident-based records made by contributing agencies.
