• First and last name
• Contact Information
• Will you be providing public comment?

After providing the information above, Jessi will send you the Zoom connection details and password. If no public is present by the time allotted for Public Comment, the Committee will continue with the next item on the agenda. Public comment may be submitted in writing ahead of the meeting to be read aloud during the meeting.
