Beth McLaughlin was appointed Court Administrator by the Montana Supreme Court in July 2011. Previous to this appointment, she served as Court Services Director in the Montana Office of Court Administration from 2002 - 2011. She was part of the team that managed the transition of the Montana trial courts and trial court employees from county to state funding in 2002.
Previously, she was the Human Resource Director for the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, in addition to serving in various other capacities with DPHHS. Ms. McLaughlin holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Montana.
She is married to Kevin McRae and has two daughters, Clara and Eliza.
